Mahone MS Bands

Mahone MS is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Our building houses approximately 950 students,
50% of which are students in the performing arts (Band, Orchestra, & Choir).
The band program is comprised of 200+ students who have played their instruments for 1-4 years.
The Mahone's bands have consistently earned the highest ratings at district contest.
They were featured performers at the WSMA State Convention in 2005.
Every year Mahone since Mahone's opening, the band has had numerous
students selected to the WSMA All State-Honors Band, as well.

Sesquicentennial Bandshell at Pennoyer Park, 35th Street and 7th Avenue

Mrs. Thorson (Elementary Band Director),
Mr. Whyte(Elementary Band Director),
Mr. Nepper (Harborside Band Director),
Mr. Dickinson (Washington MS & Continental Director),
Ms. Lisa (who helped with Continental this year),
and Mr. Velvikis (owner of Pacetti's Music)
all play in the Pops Band!
